personally, i for one hate survivor, for something called a "reality show" it's so unrealistic, like there isn't some guide there to tranq that lion if it gets too close or a med team if one of the actors actually gets bitten by something poisonous. Come on! how about a real challenge, like fighting off starvation and hypothermia in a Siberian gulog or fending polar bears from getting your food in the Yukon?

The producer of the show admitted he has actors do a lot of the challenges without seeing there faces so it actually looks intense. For example, showing an aerial view of them all swimming to some random destination, those were all actors to make it look they were all professionals.

somehow, that doesn't surprise me.
