Trainer AV conflicts on Mafia II PC Message Board - Page 1

Does anyone have a problem with Microsoft Security Essentials and Mafia 2. Because I just can't get the trainer to work at all, (and no crashes). Anyone know any good suggestions to make it work, never had a trainer problem security essentials before.. Really angering me. But i don't think its the AV.
I would be grateful for any suggestions..

Turn MSE off. Would be the first thing I would advise.

Run the trainer in "Run As Administrator" mode or turn UAC off. I confirmed it working with MSE.

tried both of them, still no difference, each time i try to do something nothing happens, but i can hear the activated/ on noise..anything else you'd like to offer as help, also tried running game in administrator mode, no difference..

hmmm Have you patched up or somthing? I had this issue before with another game. I ended up having to use an exe fix :s for an ligit game.

Seems like that the user uses a NUKED crack, only cracks from SR works with this trainer.

i am using the skidrow no-cd
and it works properly just the trainers not working
and i did just about everything..
