Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Trainer Activated".
Press desired hotkey.

Numpad 2: Unlimited Daily Budget
Numpad 3: Instant Build
Numpad 4: Fast Unlock

Notes

- Fast Unlock:
While active mouse over the unlock screen button at the top left until the 
popup appears with the unlock status. All unlocks are now close to be finished.


Troubleshooting
------------------
The trainer requires .NET framework 4.5 or above.
The trainer does not work on Vista or older.
