Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Numpad 1: Invincible Army - your troops won't damage
Numpad 2: Mega Commander - your commander has incredible health
Numpad 3: Wood - 10000 wood
Numpad 4: Stone - 10000 stone
Numpad 5: Bone - 10000 bone
Numpad 6: Gems - 10000 gems/blood
Numpad 7: Kill Unit - mouse over the unit and press key (be careful!)
Numpad 8: Heal Unit - mouse over the unit and press key
Numpad 9: Shell Coins - 1000 coins
Numpad 0: Mega Army - increased number of allowed troops
