I honestly love how you copied the EF and EI site along with the EXACT TOS I came up with, At least you did edit the site iafter I caught you.... You do have gut and thats really all.... If you can not come up with your own terms that says a lot about your group.. If you had just asked in the beginning I would have let you use mine or helped you write your own..
I really do not see why you would do this.. even if we did deny your application to join us.
