i bought mass egffect 2 today but i cant play it until i play mass effect 1 throughf again.
which i cant do becayse i still need to redownload a dlc for mass effect which i cant do yet because jacks internet is a bad boy and wont let me connect to xbox live and i dont have internet yet so i need to redownload it at a drifned house so i can play mass effect 2

Nope the Halo 3 Multiplayer is what is on the second disc. You don't need Halo 3 for anything, unless you like the Campaign.

If you don't like Campaign but would consider Halo online, go with Halo 3: ODST. It has all of the maps included so you don't have to go about buying Microsoft Points and downloading all of the DLC.
