I rather despise the "knight templar approach" to combating piracy as some members here do. It's not going to change anything and actually hinders fighting back since once they discover that we've discovered them, they just get up and move. You're not going to really accomplish convincing them to buy it so it is a waste of time and breath.
Just block/ignore. If you really want to combat it further than just silently trail him and flag or get rid of what he puts up without him ever knowing that you did.
