You seem like a person that attempts to hide their emotions to avoid pain. Instead when you're around people you're not familiar with, you put on a formal and quiet front that covers yourself. There's nothing wrong with this at all...in fact everyone does it.
I suppose the one advice to give to you is perseverance. You won't know when it happens, but people eventually know your name and who you are (even if only at a basic level). Yes it does help to try once in awhile to more social, but don't overdo it. If it gets to a point where you're just forcing yourself to smile, it's time to be alone for awhile. Eventually people will see you for who you are without having to say much (so long as you keep being yourself).
This is also coming from someone who most likely had much worse communication problems at your age.
I was just thinking and i came up with an idea! I think Cheathappens should take an english test from the ones who want to enable board posting...
-Capitalization of 'I' -Capitalization of 'English" -'Cheat Happens' was misspelled. -The second sentence was not formed in a clear way. -The second sentence has a subject error (The site 'Cheat Happens" cannot learn a spoken language. Maybe you mean 'users of Cheat Happens')
