No. The only highlight for me is a huge time lapse from when they told me it happened to me waking up with people looking at me weird. That and my body was extremely heavy and kind of hurting a bit.
Animals get brutally murdered by other animals and devoured by them for food in a more unsightly manner you will ever see by humans. There's not point to it...it's just the way life is.
