I searched and cannot find specific details as to exactly what this mod does (do what to which files that is..."changes the way it looks" isn't going to help diagnose what went wrong).
I have used the Vista Transformation Pack years ago and I remember that it was heavy intensive and modified a lot of system files (DLL files and registry editing). It's a dangerous program and unless you can find some kind of changelog or white-paper as to what your program does, your IT support personal is right. Logs and specific details are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT when modifying your system in anyway that touches system files or requires administrative privileges to perform it's actions.
Yes Dhampy but you can completely disable the themes service and remove it without it affecting the printer spooler or network services. It's not even a require service nor does it have any dependencies. And I would need the error code (will be in the form of error 0x0000000) or just screenshot the whole error box.
