I couldn't deal with it anymore...I am going through PS3 withdralls so I sent the thing into Sony yesterday. I am sooooooo excited I cannot wait till I get it back.
No I have heard from a lot of people that the PS3's are going to be cheaper around Christmas time(about half of what they cost now)to keep up with the X-boxes, so I figured I would buy a new one for almost the cost of what they want me to pay to fix the old one and I will have a warranty on the new one instead of them fixing the old one and having it break on me again!
