He's Eppa Hunton II. Rather an interesting looking guy. The not-black color in his eyes is the wrong grey to be the whites of eyes--those are his baby-blue irises. His hands are way too small and you can tell by how he's holding them that he wants to fidget with them. His hands remind of those SNL Chris Farley sketches when he interviews the guest host and his hands fidget the whole time--purposefully in Chris's case.
If you go real fast and run into a wall of a k-rail, you will fly out of the windshield.
My favorite way of passing time on that game is stealing a semi and going the wrong way on the freeway hitting cars straight on and making the drivers fly out and smash their heads into the semi's front grill.
