I'd be mad about the disk. 12 or 13 is old enough to know to respect the property of others. At least you'll get some recompense for it.

I hate Roadrunner, but I have no other choice in this area.

They don't give you the bandwidth you pay for, your speed is directly affected by the overall use in your entire city, and their tech support is useless.

edit- and they're going to start charging by use instead of a flat fee
