I can spend $10+ on a movie ticket, $5 on a soda (I need caffeine), any extras you need to go out with friends (maybe stopping for overpriced food or something) and whatever it costs in gas to go out special...
Or I can spend $1 to rent the DVD from a Redbox machine on my way home, or put it on my Netflix list which costs me $9 a month and I go through a dozen movies for hat nine dollars.
When I went to university classes always began on a Tuesday, so that Tuesday/Thursday courses would have the same number of hours as Monday/Wednesday/Friday courses. T/TR courses usually ran 90 minutes and M/W/F courses usually ran 50 minutes and a one-day-a-week course would run 3 hours. Working in all of the breaks and whatnot, they came out about equal. Unless you had a monday-only course and then you usually had one less day (and by default, one less week) of class.
Jackson was the Producer--he didn't make the film, he organized funding for it.
He need to stay on the funding end of things. If he touches the director chair again, he should be executed. Worst ****ing director of all time. Tolkien got kicked down to hell because he cussed out god for letting Jackson touch his books.
