I found it to be a letdown. The late 10th Doctor was OK when he started, but went downhill fast in the last few seasons. I do not have high hopes for the 11th. I predict another downhill slide followed by a lengthy sabbatical for the character, like the 1980s with the big break from the character in the 90s.
