I don't know what to say. On one hand, I think that CH is a business and has to do certain things to keep their customer base happy and re-subscribing. On the other hand, I can understand what Chris is upset about. Their people make trainers for a huge number of games and for a abnormally large number of Sims 3 players, the trainer they put out isn't enough and they go about their complaints with an arrogance and sense of entitlement. The same sort of behavior you see at a store when a customer berates a cashier because everything wasn't exactly as they wanted it. To remove the abuse and by way of retribution, the shop owner can stop carrying whatever the complaint was about. On the other hand, it's fairly petty to punish everyone for the arrogance of the few. On the other hand, is it worth the arrogance to continue? Lot of ins-lot of outs. I got angry enough at EA for screwing up my custom content with every little patch, and deciding that I had to re-buy all of the Sims Store items that I had when the first expansion came out, that I gave up on the game long ago.
