Have i ever told you that i was a bad student during school? everybody used to tel me i should forget higher education and think of getting along with my dad's work. For couple of years i was taking it seriously but after one research that was part of test about WW2 i got my antenna over history and after that the ideologies and religions. I entered university under Management after a year i found it far from my lines that i couldn't see them! I quit! Again everybody condemned me as a looser and a boy who can't do nothing, i was 19. I applied for political Science. Again i had no support except my Dad. I got accepted same year and finished my courses, i got invited in a Middle East research program and represented Edward Saeed's articles.
It wasn't much longer that few of my articles got published in a local daily. All the ones who used to call me someone who yearns revolution but in purpose of anarchy start calling me the idealist of university who has something to say, something think, something to talk.
It wasn't ambition but it was WILL, i wanted to be someone.
The boy who couldn't read a line turned to someone who could read a book of 200 pages a night and write critique for the next day!

Again i am applying for Political Science under international Affairs and maybe even this time i could be someone in it again, although this time i am going to be a total foreigner in Lebanon who only speaks English!
But i think i can!

Yet i still have a lost one who i long for!
