I'm about to start working out as well, sometime soon when I find enough ****s to give. Mostly cardio exercises to build up stamina while burning fat and then I'm going to start building the muscles, but nothing too extreme or too buff. I've lost so much fat and water that I can now wear L size stuff without any kind of issues, instead of XL.
Throw out every kind of bread, along with sweets, sodas and potato chips. Lost 23kg between Christmas 2014 and April 2015. Having a demanding physical job also helps. And no, I didn't follow any kind of a diet plan. Neither did I exercise other than working 8h a day. I didn't lower my calorie intake because I never measure them.
