You only really need skills in one are to make it, though try to specialise at more than one thing. You're probably suited to design like I am, so maybe don't go too far into the technical stuff? You need more than one skill to be useful to a small company, which is the most you'll be able to get straight out of uni.

Also, "beautiful" is not a girly word unless by your own definition.
