Got to be honest Casey, I find that comment on "the good kind of curves" to be incredibly offensive.
I'm of the opinion that the only people who have right to comment on a person's body are their significant other or whoever they're getting intimate with. Even then, it's subject to "If you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all".
Given that I'm of the opinion people should be comfortable in their own skin and not subject to negative remarks for appearance (another girl having bleached hair and a fake tan is as valid a choice as my piercings and dark make-up) I honestly think your comments on overweight women are incredibly inappropriate. I think it's disgusting that you associate overweight with insecure by default when the fact is, they just find the person in question's appearance unappealing. Disliking another person's appearance doesn't make you insecure, voicing the opinion just makes you rude.
As for having curves and being fat: I have a fat stomach but curvy hips and I'm top-heavy. The fact that my stomach is fat doesn't make my curves "the bad kind". It's really insensitive of you to go tossing those types of comments around, would you like it if I commented negatively on YOUR body type?
I love you dude, but seriously. You have committed a massive hypocrisy in this blog and it's comments. Insulting one group is not defending another, it's just acting like a ****. Two wrongs don't make a right, right now all you're doing is the exact same thing as the people you were originally complaining about.
