Wow, that's some really real stuff. Major props for having the gumption to even make a blog like this.
While I'm sure it's not even close to the scale you've experienced, I used to feel depressed time to time throughout high school and into college. My only real refuge was music, where I feel like I could escape. Back then I used to listen to a lot of uplifting hip hop like A Tribe Called Quest and stuff like that.
Nowadays It's rare that I get depressed, but I still listen to that same stuff to relax.
