I think I understand what Riosja is trying to say.
And I agree, there is running a business and there is using any excuse to stop work on something that requires more time than normal.
I think thats the point they are trying to make.
One thing I don't agree on, is upping costs willy nilly because things are getting harder, as people know I don't agree with the yearly subs being made a lesser sub after people had bought it.. i.e. the fact they cannot get specific trainers with more than a specific amount of updates.
Far as I am concerned when someone pays for a service and then that person and the owner agreed on a contract, that contract has to be fulfilled. But when someone whacks restrictions later on onto that contract then sorry but that is illegal in my books.
It can be any contract for any type of service, even ISPs, if an ISP forces a charge within a contract period people can leave that contract, but in this instance the service is already paid for so those changes cannot be made to someone who paid before the changes were implemented. And unfortunately that's what happened.
I understand Chris wants to make money, but you aren't going to make money by robbing your customers of what they were expecting and changing it. I am amazed so many yearly subbers took it lying down though.
Also the points system for the requests, sorry but damn those high points requests for AAA games on the list would take a lot of money to get it going. You could I suppose look at the request system as DLC if you think about it.
I don't like it, people have paid.... do not force them to pay more. You will lose customers.
I understand how hard it is to run a business, I did it myself and there was months of bad income and wondering what is going to happen, but I also know how important it is to keep customers, without them..... no business.
Thats just my opinion of course.
