I am on the same campaign buddy, in between job for me.
It is a skoosh, you are basically signing up people for a telephone call to go over how to access their Defined Contribution Pensions and have to be 55+.
Its also not Customer for this role, but Consumer.
You never know I might see you one day lol I start on live date this Tuesday, you will get 4 days training and then go live.
Don't worry about it, it is very relaxed and not that fast paced.
