It's RPG, isn't it ? and it says that I can run it with the minimum requirements, is that ok?

everything's is ok except the CPU, it says:

Recommended: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4 GHz Processor or equivalent
You Have: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7300 @ 2.66GHz
