Rappel Gun [ Gadget Class: Gadget Gun ]
Gadget Information:

The Rappel is a very flexible gadget used to traverse areas that you cannot access using any other conventional methods. The Wire can extend to a very long distance, which will enable you to scale down large structures without having to constantly find a new Rappel point. The Rappel Wire has also been specially constructed and coded by Q so it cannot trigger or be affected by Electronic Devices such as Lasers - which you will encounter later on the game.
 

Network Tap Gun [ Gadget Class: Gadget Gun ]

Gadget Information:

Another attachment of the Gadget Gun, the Network Tap Gun is only available in the last group of missions. It has an unlimited supply of the Special Darts that can gain you control of technological equipment like Defence Turrets and Tanks. Once you have managed to hit the target with the Dart, you will have complete control of the weapon. The potential disadvantages of this gadget is the overall reliability and lastability, having to be nearby the target in order to get control of it. You, the player, will also be very vulnerable to any threats nearby, so you must find some cover to avoid being hit by gunfire while using the controlled target. Finally, the gadget energy you have will slowly decrease, until it runs out, making you lose control of the Device automatically. The energy runs down even faster when you fire any weapons attached to the captured device.

 


Sleeper Dart Gun[ Gadget Class: Gadget Gun ]
Gadget Information:

An attachment of the Gadget Gun, you will not get to use the Sleeper Dart Gun until later on the game. The Sleeper Dart contains a Sedative that will instantly put the target to sleep - making it the perfect choice for stealth missions. The only downside to this gadget is that you will need to be relatively close to the target in order to aim and fire the weapon successfully - being useful for short range purposes only. However, by shooting the Dart at the target, it is guaranteed that the target will stay down for the entire mission.
 

Fragmentation Coin Grenade [ Gadget Class: Coin Grenade ]  
Gadget Information:

The smart people at the Q Branch have managed to create numerous types of Grenades concealed as 'normal-looking' Coins. The Fragmentation Coin Grenade has enough power to blast away enemies in a small radius and even knocks some of them to the floor due to the power of the shockwave. Once you have thrown the Grenade, it has a Timed Detonator that will cause it to explode in five seconds, but it can be remotely controlled within this time to detonate the Grenade quicker. If you want to hit a certain target, aim for the target as usual and throw the Grenade, but you will need to detonate the explosive manually once it hits or goes near the target as it does not have a Proximity Sensor.
 

Strobe Coin Grenade [ Gadget Class: Coin Grenade ]  
Gadget Information:

The Strobe Coin Grenade creates a blinding flash upon detonation, much like a standard Flashbang Grenade. The effects only last for several seconds, but that is enough to knock out or eliminate the stunned target. Just like the other Grenades, it has a Timed Detonator that will cause it to detonate in five seconds, but it can be remotely controlled within this time to detonate the Grenade quicker. You will need to manually detonate the Grenade should you need to throw it at a certain target. No targets will get harmed by the effects when you use this Grenade, so they will be alert once again after the effects wear off. A great thing to use for escaping from
hostile forces.
 

ElectroMagnetic Coin Grenade [ Gadget Class: Coin Grenade ]
Gadget Information:

The ElectroMagnetic Pulse Grenade uses an EMP Shockwave to disable any electronic equipment
within the blast radius. It cannot harm anyone, but it knock out any devices that can be of a hassle, like Security Cameras. It has a Timed Detonator that will cause it to detonate in five seconds, but it can be remotely controlled within this time to detonate the Grenade quicker. You will need to manually detonate the Grenade should you need to throw it at a certain target.
 

Q Spider [ Gadget Class: Q Spider ]
Gadget Information:

The Q Branch have managed to create the perfect remote Reconnaissance Device, known as the Q Spider. It is a miniature sized robot that can travel at fast speeds and can perform several different functions. The different functions can be used depending on the type of mission or situation you encounter. The Q Spider is a lot harder to notice by enemies if it is moving slowly or is moving in a dark area. You can use the Bond Sense Selection Menu to choose the alternate functions of the Q Spider. This gadget can also be used to ontain helpful pickups like Gadget Batteries and Body Armour.
 

Q Spider - Dart [ Gadget Class: Q Spider ]
Gadget Information:

The Q Spider Dart variant fires Sleeper Darts much like that of the Sleeper Dart Gun. This should only be used for stealth missions or situations were the hostiles are unaware of your presence. You will need to get close to the target in order to have a higher chance of hitting it with a Dart, so aim carefully.
 

Q Spider - Explosive [ Gadget Class: Q Spider ]
Gadget Information:

The Q Spider Explosive variant contains an explosive device inside the Robot that delivers the same effect as the Fragmentation Coin Grenade. The explosion is obviously loud, sometimes alerting nearby enemies, so make sure you only use this when you really have to or when there is an area with a group of several enemies standing close to each other. Even if the explosion does not kill an enemy, the shockwave will blast the enemy back for sure.
 

Q Spider - Nano [ Gadget Class: Q Spider ]
Gadget Information:

The Q Spider Nano variant creates a Cloak Field around the Spider, much like that of the Nano Suit. This variant makes the Q Spider the perfect thing for surprise attacks and other supporting roles. The other advantage of using this variant is the minimal amount of energy that is required to keep it cloaked, so you can remain cloaked for a while before the power is depleted, but you can always pick up more Gadget Batteries along the way if you are low on energy. You must move the Q Spider at slow speeds however if you want to keep the Cloak Field preserved, or else it will decloak instantly.
 

Nano Suit [ Gadget Class: Vision Modifier ]
Gadget Information:

A technologically advanced suit that utilizes Nano Technology. The Nano Suit creates a cloak field around the bearer by using very small cameras implanted in the suit, creating a mirror image of the direct area and therefore being able to turn invisible. The cloak cannot be interrupted while you run around, but it will decloak should you perform quick maneuvers like Barrel Rolls. If you are shot by a hostile or you fire a weapon yourself, the cloaking field is once again interfered, causing it to decloak temporarily. The main purposes of the Suit is for Reconnaissance, Stealth Missions and Escape situations. The Suit drains the gadget energy at a fast speed, so make sure you stock up on batteries to make it last longer.
 

Thermovision Goggles [ Gadget Class: Vision Modifier ]
Gadget Information:

The Thermovision Goggles/Glasses picks up heat signatures around the area by showing different colours. The darker colours pick up the cooler regions of the surrounding environment, while the brighter colours detect heat in humans and other sources that produce some form of heat.
