Met Mr. Miyagi Before?
Daniel tells his girlfriend's female friend that his bike is a "Miyagi Turbo" as they walk outside at the school, before Mr. Miyagi fixes his bike. Also, his face has no marks, and his mood is very good, contrasting with how he was the scene before when he was complaining to his mom about wanting to leave because he got run off the road. After this scene, he sees that Mr. Miyagi fixed the bike, and he meets Miyagi for the first time, which explains his improved mood.
Ever Noticed the Weather?
It is Dec. 18 and everybody is wearing winter clothes. Alli is wearing a thick sweater, Danny is wearing his jacket. They are outside of the arcade and there are people going down the waterslide. If it's cold enough to wear a sweater and jacket, wouldn't it be too cold to go for a swim?
Creative Tournament Hosts
During the All Valley Tournament at the end of the movie, you'll notice that there is a large board in the background containing the fighters' names with their dojo logo beside them. If Daniel wasn't on the list when he showed up to the tournament and they had never heard of him or Miyagi, then how could they have made such an elaborate name placard with the Miyagi family logo next to it?
