Level select:
Press Triangle, Triangle, Circle, Square, Triangle, Cirlce, Triangle, Square at the options screen.
All spells:
Enable Level Select, then while playing press Triangle.
Increase mana:
Enable Level Select, then while playing press Square
Complete the level:
Enable Level Select, then while playing press Circle.
