Unlock original Godzilla:
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button one time.
Unlock Mech Godzilla:
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button two times.
Unlock Beta Godzilla:
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button three times
Unlock American Godzilla:
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button four times.
Unlock Minilla:
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button five times.
Unlock Dr. Serizawa:
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button six times.
Get All VMU Monsters:
Select the bottom option at the Vs Battle menu. On the next screen hold X + Y and press Down + L + R to get 44 other monsters.
