Unlock the Punisher truck:
At the vehicle selection screen, press C-Down.
Unlock the 4x4 Monster truck:
At the vehicle selection screen, press C-Up.
Unlock the Thunderbolt truck:
At the vehicle selection screen, press C-Left.
Unlock the The Crusher truck:
At the vehicle selection screen, press C-Right.
Unlock El Cajon track:
At the track selection screen, hold Up and press the L + R. Then highlight the El Paso track and press Z + A to start.
Unlock Flagstaff track:
At the track selection screen, hold Left and press the L. Then highlight the Mojave track and press Z + A to start.
Unlock Guadalupe track:
At the track selection screen, hold Down and press R. Then highlight the Vegas track and press Z + A to start.
