For some reason I am getting the below error.

AT MAIN MENU
tried every option
All activate here
Trainer is up to date and tested working here for that version.
I have no way to "fix" or "update" since I cannot replicate your issue.
Likely issues are due to different compile on your machine by UNITY MONO JIT because of activation of trainer or options at different times or places than main menu.
I have no other suggestions. Did I mention I hate UNITY MONO JIT GAMES?
