I read on the Steam forums today that the game will have Denuvo. Why do people object to it so much? I hope it doesn't interfere with being able to make a trainer.

Denuvo is anti-piracy software which limits the amount of installs allowed, in some cases where it calls home to verify the game is legitimate, it can cause a loss of performance and minor to severe FPS drops in games.
Denuvo did make an anti-cheat but it failed pretty hard triggering quite a few A/V software's to see it as a virus and block the game from running (e.g. Doom Eeternal) It was quickly removed by denuvo, so far I have not seen where it has been redeployed in games yet.
