Thanks for the info! The problem is only the trainers for this game have less downloads, a savegame editor usually have even less than a trainer. When you say there is a cap for specific resources it means I would have to add a GUI for every single resource which is a very time consuming. But I'll keep your suggestion in mind and depending on the future I might switch to it.

my system is win10
.NET framework version is the newest that can't get any update at microsoft.
how can I solve this problem that game running version higher than I use?

Make sure the version of the game still matches the trainer version, Also make sure to activate the trainer in-game where you can see your resources. and double check that you have the following:
- .NET Framework 4.7 or above: www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=55167

yes I'm sure the game version is same as trainer，and my .NET Framework version(4.7.3) cant update anymore.

I download .NET Framework 4.7.2 version from microsoft,and tried to install but it's fail because it shows me message that can't install lower version.

Maybe something I missed checking something i don't know ?

Try activating the trainer in-game where you have resources visible.

Yup I did that. Even with a new game and allowed the resources to increase as per the instructions but the trainer still gave the same error message.
