anyone figured out how some can edit weapons? Ive tried cosmos REDACTED. but cant seem to figure it out

if you mean edit weapon dps stats. then i've been trying everything i cant seem to do it. haven't even found anything online except the reddit posts of people with crazy weapon stats.
Is it a faster way to add squad points? I seen people with 2million and even some with 999 million and just 2 million alone would take 11 full days non stop so I know it has to be something to speed up the process.
