Is there some special way to make the stat point edit work? All it seems to do is change the number temporarily but not the actual stats. No matter what I set Vitality to, my HP stays exactly the same and the stat number just changes back every time I rest, even when locked.

By default you need to press tab in order to get the input to the game.
I used the trainer for Lies of P with xbox gamepass on PC for unlimited health cheat but when i open the game on xbox it sets to default and no unlimited health cheat.

Our trainers are only made for PC. So it will only for with xbox gamepass for PC, not xbox itself.

Yeh, it doesn't really work that way. Our trainers modify things in live memory of your PC and so they would not transfer across platforms. The only exceptions might be if we have an editor for the game where you can change the values of specific things and those values are saved to the game then they might still show that value on the other platform.

Maybe you have to upgrade the character afterwards for changes to take effect?

Stats editor only work for weight, any other main stats will just revert back when you click level up on stargazer, i try edit value > click on stargazer to save > back to title screen > load game > revert
It's a known issue and it's been addressed in a different way,new trainer should be up shortly.
